WebThere is a Mountain Express Shuttle that has service to Brian Head, which I believe has service from Cedar City, if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else, but you'd have to check with them to verify their routes. Parowan is a cute, but small and very sleepy community, particularly after hours so I wouldn't recommend that as an option.
