WebBig picture somehow fixes most controller issues for me. Epic launcher doesnt emulate directinput devices as xinput ones, so if a game doesnt have support for such controllers you have to use 3rd party tools for it. Yes, steam is one of these 3rd party tools, but for dualshocks I recommend ds4w.
