So my experience is that a JK can run 33's with no lift, 35's with a 2" lift, and 37's with 4"+, re-gearing is likely to be more important with 37's. If you have factory gears, such as 3.07's or 3.73's, you will notice poorer performance, less power, and poorer gas mileage. Yes, they come with the 33 BF KO2s. It's a popular tires, so they are very easy to sell. You would be more than happy with those on the Rubi compared to the other models.
